About Lucy - Freelance Groomer
Lucy obtained her City & Guilds professional dog grooming qualification from KD Grooming in Wincanton on 30 September 2016, passing three practical assessments, five assignments, and three exams. She completed 30 days working and training in the salon, completing finished grooms on many different breeds. She is now a qualified dog groomer with a City & Guilds merit and a certificate of excellence in dog handling and control, and has since obtained her canine first aid certificate.
Since September 2016 she has been running her own home-based Dog Grooming business and now services over 150 regular clients. She hopes to achieve her Diploma when time and finances permit.
Outside of work, I have danced, choreographed, and directed in local theatre for over 15 years, as well as sitting on the committee for a local operatic society and running their social media.
