Taking care of Elderly dogs
Our Veteran customers need very careful handling as they often have joint ailments, lumps and bumps.
We are very careful to take an accurate health history to ensure that we use the correct techniques and equipment.
We build in time for our elderly customers to have a rest part way through the trim and as such we often will ask for an extra 20 minutes on the trim time.
The heat of the room is particularly important and we therefore, book elderly dogs in when the diary is less busy and use our smaller quiet grooming room if needed.
